But i am a virgin, what is going on with me?

I have like a baby bump but how can i have one i am a virgin, i have not sexual intercourse ever. But why do i have a baby bump? i don't know if it is a baby bump but it really looks like it is. And i feel so scared because i feel like i am pregnant or something. And also when i squish the "baby bump" it does not feel hard it feels wobbly kinda, but what is going on with me i don't think i ever had this. Could it be because my period may be coming soon? ( i had my first period when i was like 12 years old). Please no immature answers.
