Government shut down and national parks?

I'm an avid hiker, i was wondering if this government shut down they're talking about will affect national forests? I heard it would be trespassing. I'm not talking about forests that usually are staffed, i'm taking about unstaffed trails. Will i be trespassing if I hike on them?
