Tiny round jumping bugs?

Fleas are black & you would be getting bit. I sounds like springtails. If they are springtails, you need to find the source. They live primarily in the soil, in leaf mold, organic mulches, under tree bark, in decaying logs, and may even infest potted plants. They are most abundant in damp or moist areas. If your house has a crawlspace they could be under there too, there could be a leak uderneath the house. Just try to dry up the areas, they will usually move on. Swarm Pest Control
