Thing that hangs down from my vagina?

When i turned 13 the thing that hangs down from my vagina (i think its called the vulva?) is very long and crumply now. is that normal? im not talking about my vagina lips im talking about the thing in between them. its very long (longer than my vagina lips) and very crumpled and squished looking. help please?
