I think my fish has swim bladder disease??? HELP?

the swim bladder is the organ they use to move up and down in the water by changing their density by filling it or deflating it. this does sound like it is swim bladder disease if he is at an odd angle in the water. take the skins off the peas and cook slightly to soften. if there are other fish in the tank you should remove them as it can be contagious. do not feed the ill fish other foods untill it eats some of the peas. you should cut them not squish them to make them smaller
