How to know if a LEO likes you? Or is interested?

I'm working with a leo boy for the next couple of weeks, and ive worked with him and hung out with him before. He told me that I am a "definite 8" on a scale of 1-10. The past few days he's been a little flirty, but hes a flirty boy in general. He pokes me and teases me about things, and he invited me to go swimming with him. I dont know if it was just me, but today i felt like he was standing REALLY close next too me (his arm/wrist kept touching my butt). There was space he could of moved too, we were not squished. Basically I want to know the signs if a leo boy is interested, in particularly a sagittarius girl. Thanks! :)
