Do chemical cool packs exist?

Is there such a thing as a cool pack that doesn't need to be frozen or put in a fridge? For heat packs they have ones where all you do is squish it and it heats up, then you can put it in your gloves or shoe. Is there a similar item for cooling? If so where could I buy it?
