Curious... Breast Cancer?

So I noticed that on the outer side of my nipple, there is a tiny lump. As if you took a raisin and squished in in a circle. As well, it hurts and is swelled a little bit. I'm only 16, so I don't think it's possibly to get breast cancer... Well I thought it was rare. I'm going to go to the doctor to see, that is, when I tell my mom. But What do you think?
