Can I hire a call girl to pretend to be my BFF?

I'm a 27-year-old female who is long out of college and is lonely as heck. My parents never allowed me to have friends over, go places with them, or do any other normal social activities. They made me commute when I was in college, so developing close bonds there was difficult to. And drinking was next to impossible. When I graduated they told me that I could now have all the freedom I want and invite all the friends I want, and I had to face the harsh reality that it's extremely difficult to find BFF's after college. Last year I worked the graveyard shift at a local convenience store and it was very hard for me to see other girls having fun together. At one point it drove me to suicidality and I ended up hospitalized for a week this summer. I still remember how I went to the woods to jump into an 80-foot-deep ravine, little realizing that an undercover policewoman (whom I mistook for a fellow hiker) was watching over me. Shortly after I got out of the hospital, I was fired for truancy (I slept through one shift too many) and my life started going downhill. I finally managed to find a decent-paying job (working with SSI paperwork - thank you, Uncle Sam!) but I'm still lonely and depressed as ever. The other day, I have contemplated hiring a call girl to pretend to be my BFF and go, say, to a nightclub with me. Has anyone every done that before? Would it be easy to find an escort who'd do this? What do you people think of this idea?
